Black is white, and up is down, and Putin is my pal. Now, shall I
level with Ukraine, explaining why I’m not their ally?
To berate the wartime head of a democracy is such a
violation of all norms, I must be under sway of Russia.
Marco Rubio said – not that long ago – Putin’s a tyrant,
and a thug, and a dictator. Wonder where all of his ire went?
Here’s the answer: “Please come join me, Li’l Marco, in my Cabinet.
But it’s my way or the highway; any squabble – I’m not havin’ it.”
Several senators, who shook hands with Zelenskyy in the morning,
turned their backs on him by afternoon, with hardly any warning.
While for months – some even years – they had proclaimed love for democracy,
once I soured on Zelenskyy, they exhibited hypocrisy.
Now I say Zelenskyy, insofar as peace – he doesn’t want it.
I’m a bully with a pulpit; this is how I choose to flaunt it.
I’m obsessed with Russia, Russia, Russia (love to say it thricely);
does this fascination indicate I’m Putin’s dupe? Precisely.
