He who saves his Country – and I’m confident I can –
cannot be accused that his behavior is unlawful.
So far I have penciled in the concept of a plan:
implementing rules and regulations that are awful.
First of all – and surely you will not find this surprising –
I’ll rewrite the history books and tinker with some websites.
Call a riot “peaceful” that was clearly an uprising;
blocking and discrediting all efforts made to shed light.
Next: I’ll choose to disregard Congressional enactments,
claiming that the right to do so’s in the Constitution.
Floating flights of fancy while ignoring where the facts went;
making up false problems with untenable solutions.
Threatening a trade war that quite clearly will impact fees.
Pushing through these Cabinet appointees who are rotten
(none of whom are qualified but clearly are my lackeys).
Saying I’ll bring down the price of eggs. (That’s been forgotten.)
Judges who have ruled against me, some who I’d appointed,
clearly are all partisan; I claim we must impeach them –
even though my orders are confounding and disjointed;
taking every precedent and venturing to breach them.
Giving broad authority to Elon Musk (“First Buddy”);
raising not an eyebrow or a finger in objection.
Autocratic narcissist? This guy is a case study.
I’ll let him run rampant since he paid for my election.
Napoleon I quoted (I forgot he died in exile).
Most consider him a tyrant, whereas I admire Bonaparte.
So I’ll keep on making overtures that nobody expects, while
we all sink into a quagmire as democracy is blown apart.
