Delivering poetic justice during the Trump years.

The holidays have always been a time when we observe tradition:
Thoughts of family gatherings; buy toys for which the kids are wishin’.
My top holiday tradition isn’t gleeful – it’s pernicious:
Railing against enemies (a list exclusively fictitious).

“Radical Left Lunatics” I called out in my screed most recent.
Others I’ve gone after using language coarse and oft indecent,
calling judges “psycho”; wishing Democrats would “rot in hell.”
“EVIL,” “SICK,” “DERANGED,” “CORRUPT” are all words I have used as well.

Christmas, Easter, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, Independence Day;
there’s not a celebration where I don’t post a communique
and take the opportunity – when normal folks would celebrate –
to issue lists of grievances and call out targets of my hate.

A country full of folks I choose to bad mouth I’ll again be leading;
plan on many late-night posts (with none subjected to proofreading).
Words of inspiration, joyful sayings, messages of hope
are what great people oft provide. Will I endeavor likewise? Nope.
