Fraud Immunity

The SCOTUS’s opinion has the nation quite engrossed:
I’m totally immune from every crime now! (Well, almost…)
And what I’d like to say here (though I do not like to boast) –
these Biden trials, and hoaxes, and unfair attacks are toast.

Joe’s debate performance – POOR! But mine was rated BEST!
Six Supreme Court justices to my will acquiesced.
Now that I’m victorious, I’ll offer this beau geste:
Joe’s not all that bad… until compared to all the rest.

Some say this new ruling makes me equal to a king,
casting off my rivals – as I do my wedding ring.
Blowing past the boundaries that once were thought right-wing,
I’ll no longer ask for but demand your worshiping.

This ruling’s written brilliantly, and also very wise.
All those “checks and balances” will soon enough capsize.
Acting with impunity will soon be minimized –
all because our Constitution’s now been bastardized.

Certainly, it’s *possible* that here I jump the gun
in claiming I’m beholden to no thing, and also to no one.
Time (and many trials) will tell just how this will be spun;
still, it’s clear that justice lost – and tyranny has won.
