They say I’m in my dotage, but I’m rejecting those claims;
I sometimes like to mix it up for fun and interpose names.
When I berated Nikki, but really meant Pelosi,
that just means I’m the king of all the humor virtuosi.
I know the punctuation – like period. and comma,
and clearly mean Joe Biden when you hear me say, “Obama.”
I’m truly a great speaker, fraught with enthusiasm.
To those who think I’m addled, my rejoinder is, “Sarcasm!”
Sarcasm isn’t easy; it’s not meant for the faint-hearted.
In my first term, it seems I never finished what I started.
My so-called mental lapses? They’re just to entertain ya’ –
to wit: when I said *they* would change the name of Pennsylvania.
Now here’s a little secret (and please – keep this between us):
I really am not stable, and I’m clearly not a genius.
November’s coming quickly; pretty soon it will be crunch time.
Let’s see who gets the last laugh – and who just becomes a punchline.
